Charlie Sherlock, CEO

Charlie is the founder and CEO of Cinario. Charlie has held a number of senior and executive positions with a number of technology companies over his 18 year career. Prior to Cinario, Charlie was Head of UK Operations for Norkom Technologies, a publicly quoted Operational Risk Compliance software company. Previous positions include Head of Professional Services for Trinity Technology Group and Global Project Manager with Gateway.

Colm Crossan - Chairman

A member of the Board since 2003, Colm is a founder member of Norkom Technologies Group and has a 20-year track record of successfully building entrepreneurial businesses. Previously Colm has held senior operational and financial management positions, most recently in the technology sector. A former head of finance at Visio International and group international controller in Micropal, Colm is a graduate of University College Dublin and a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.
 

Pat Ryan, Director

Pat is a successful entrepreneur and has been a board member since 2006. Pat is the Chairman of Appian Technology, a publicly quoted company specialising in ANPR technology and is also the Chairman of National Avionics Limited. He has private venture capital interests with an emphasis on early stage and developing businesses and has business experience in developing technology businesses.

Neil Swinney - UK Country Manager

Neil joined Cinario in June 2004 as UK Country Manager. He is responsible for business development in the UK. Prior to joining Cinario, Neil came from Napco Group Europe Limited where he was Managing Director. Neil has over 30 years extensive knowledge and experience of the security industry. Neil has held many senior management roles over the years both in the manufacturing and Install side of the industry.

John Breen, Development Director

John has been with Cinario since inception. Prior to joining Cinario John was the Chief Technology Architect for Aran Technologies. John has over 20 years technology architecture and development experience with companies including Bank of Ireland, Symbian, Lucent Technologies and Digital.

Maureen Ross, Finance Manager

Maureen joined Cinario in 2005. Maureen has over 15 years experience in company finance. Maureen's previous experience included Osmosis Ireland, where she served as Finance Manager for 5 years.
